In fact, it was amazing at keeping him going, and that discovery led to the creation of Huma Gel. Directions
One packet 15 minutes prior to exercise. One packet every 30-45 minutes during exercise. Hydrate regularly. Use high electrolyte PLUS gels as necessary for additional sodium/potassium needs.
