Directions
Adults can take one to maximum four caplets a day, after meals with a glass of water. For most adults, two caplets a day are sufficient. Start with one caplet, and gradually increase to two caplets. If taking four caplets a day, then take two caplets in the morning and two in the evening. Do not exceed recommended dosage.
