Directions
Adults: 1 softgel one to four times daily. Children aged 12+: 1 softgel once or twice daily. Children aged 6-11: 1 softgel daily. For optimal absorption, take with food. Consistent intake is recommended for optimal results. Do not exceed the maximum dose.
