The only known side-effect is the possibility of a Herxheimer reaction, an allergic response caused by the rapid die-off of fungi that release toxins which may temporarily cause a brief allergic reaction, lasting for several days and so you may feel slightly more stuffy until your body clears out the toxins.

Active Ingredients: Wild Indigo (Baptisia tinctoria) 4X. Inactive Ingredients: Olive Leaf Extract (Olea europaea), Sodium Chloride, Sodium Hydroxide (for ph balance), USP Purified Water, Xylitol Powder, Raspberry and spearmint natural flavors
Directions
Hold close to mouth. Spray 2-3 times into throat. Repeat 1-4 times per day as needed. (There are approx. 200 sprays/1 oz. bottle). For an active sore throat, spray every 2-3 hours. For prevention during the winter season, use twice daily. For travel, use during airplane flights and where you may come into contact with sick travelers, use the spray frequently
