When used as directed, it delivers long‐lasting relief for up to 12 hours, making it a dependable option for managing meal‐related heartburn. For symptom relief, swallow one tablet with a glass of water. For prevention, take one tablet 10 to 60 minutes before eating foods or beverages that cause heartburn. Do not chew. This product is gluten free and should not be used more than two tablets in 24 hours. FSA and HSA eligible.
