Order Cancellation Rules

At Nutricity Croatia, we strive to quickly process and ship orders to ensure timely delivery. Please read our cancellation rules below:

Termination period

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours from the time of order.

For cancellation request, please contact our customer support team via the contact information provided below within that timeframe.

If we receive a cancellation request within 24 hours and before the order is shipped, we will full refund in the original payment method.

After 24 hours, orders are usually processed and prepared for shipment.

If you want to cancel the order after that period, the cancellation may not be possible.

In that case, you can refuse the package download upon delivery.

Once we receive the rejected package back in its original condition, we will process a refund for the product’s value, excluding shipping costs.

Refund will be processed in the original payment method used during the purchase.
Shipping costs are not refundable for orders canceled after 24 hours or for rejected shipments.
If a returned product is not in its original condition, a restocking fee may be applied.
