Order Processing (processing time)

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information for the shipment.

Delivery time (transit time)

Delivery time varies depending on your location.

Estimated delivery time is 4–20 business days.

Please note:

An accurate delivery time estimate for your country will be displayed during order placement.
Delays may occur due to customs procedures, shipping services, or periods of increased workload.

Delivery Area

We ship internationally to selected countries. Delivery availability and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track the shipment in real time.

Carine, Taxes and Fees

All prices on nutricity.hr include applicable taxes and import duties where necessary. In most cases, you will not have additional shipping costs.

Damaged, lost, or incomplete packages

If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or is incomplete, we are here to help:

Damaged products: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
Lost packages: If shipment tracking does not show updates or the package is not delivered within the expected timeframe, contact our customer support.
Missing products: Report missing products within 48 hours of receiving the order.

After verification, we will offer free replacement or reshipment at no additional cost.
